On July 4, the Hong Kong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held a forum to further study, implement and enforce the spirit of President Xi Jinping's "July 1" speech. As an important force of patriotism in Hong Kong, the members of Hong Kong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference should take the initiative to perform their duties, care for the grassroots, and help the people, so as to address the painful and difficult issues of people's livelihood, and offer advice to the Hong Kong government to help solve the long-standing problems that have plagued Hong Kong.
