On August 26, the 13th "Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Lianyungang" jointly organized by the Organization Department, Propaganda Department and United Front Work Department of Lianyungang Municipal Committee, Communist Youth League, Municipal Newspaper and Media Group, Municipal Radio and Television Media Group, and Municipal Youth Federation was selected. Mr. Tse, Eric S Y, Executive Director and CEO of Sino Biopharm Ltd. and Chairman of CTTQ was honored as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Lianyungang".

Mr. Tse, Eric S Y said that the title of "Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Lianyungang" means both an honor and a responsibility. He will continue to lead more than 14,000 employees of CTTQ, dare to be the first, continuously innovate and create, and strive to make CTTQ a benchmark of Chinese innovative pharmaceutical enterprises, and straighten the backbone of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises with "CTTQ Strength" and "CTTQ Responsibility".

As the Chairman of CTTQ, which is a leading new pharmaceutical company in Lianyungang, Mr. Tse, Eric S Y has clearly defined the three strategies of "comprehensive innovation, digital transformation and talent strategy" and how to implement them, insisted on the double-wheel drive of innovation and internationalization, reached a number of BD deals of important innovative drugs in the R&D field, gathered innovative talents, optimized the product series, expanded the commercial layout, led the enterprise to realize the transformation and development from creating generic to independent innovation and from domestic to international, and steadily increased the economic benefits of the enterprise, making outstanding contributions to the local economic construction and social development.

At the same time, Mr. Tse, Eric S Y has made positive contributions to the "stable employment" and the introduction of high-end talents in Lianyungang. Mr. Tse, Eric S Y, as a medical personnel, has been strongly supporting local public welfare activities such as school aid, disaster relief, epidemic fighting, poverty alleviation, medical and medicine delivery, and volunteer services, etc. He has made donations for poverty alleviation work in Donghai County, elementary school education in Haizhou District, and local epidemic prevention and control, accounting for more than one million yuan. In March, 2022, at the most critical moment of epidemic prevention and control in Lianyungang, he learned that epidemic prevention materials were very short, so he first deployed materials and donated 100,000 copies of nucleic acid testing reagents, 12,000 N95 masks and 20,000 pairs of medical rubber gloves to Lianyungang to help prevent and control the epidemic in Lianyungang.
